Nancy Pelosi, the 84-year-old former Speaker of the House, was recently hospitalized in Luxembourg after sustaining an unspecified injury during a congressional delegation trip. She was there to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Battle of the Bulge. Her spokesperson stated that Pelosi is receiving excellent medical care and continues to work despite being unable to attend the remainder of the trip’s official engagements. She is expected to return to the U.S. soon and expressed gratitude for the opportunity to honor veterans during the trip.
